At b-organized.com.au, we offer a full money back guarantee within 30 days of delivery. This means that if you change your mind or if you’re not satisfied with our products within this time frame, you can return the product, and subject to us confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will provide the refund.
In the event that that the product arrives damaged or faulty, you are required to notify B-Organized.com.au within 10 working days of having received the product.
How do I return the product and obtain my Refund?
There are 2 ways in which you can return the product and obtain a refund:
- You can receive a full refund in the form of a store credit. That means that you can use the store credit to purchase another item in our b-organized.com.au store. If necessary, we’ll work with you to organize a pick up of the product at a scheduled time. With this option, we will cover the shipping cost to return the product back to us.
- You can organize the return of the product yourself. Once the product is received, inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund within 24 hours. Please note: with this option, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
If you would like to return your item for your money back, please follow the below procedure:
Please email [email protected] immediately, detailing the reason(s) for returning the product, as well as a copy of the original purchasing invoice. Where the return reason is due to the product being damaged during transit, we will require photos of the product showing details of the damage.
We do not accept returns delivered in person to our offices or warehouse facilities.
B-Organized.com.au offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide photographs of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once the claim has been assessed and approved by us, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
This warranty policy will not be covered if the product has been misused, mishandled, mistakenly installed, or if the product has deteriorated in quality due to general wear and tear. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are some postcodes that we will be unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.
We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some products. In these instances, we will cancel the order and make a full refund to you within 24 hours of your purchase.
